Reducing chronic absence and its effects in our area schools is a community effort.
Last week Mayor Copenhaver issued a Proclamation as September 2023 as Attendance Awareness Month. We want all students to be empowered to success- and that requires being in attendance. Thank you to our area schools for making attendance a priority.
